Keeping you
cool in winter.

Energy efficient cooling solutions.

BreezeRite is a local Melbourne air conditioning company that provides a number of different forms of cooling to choose from for your new or existing home. You can select from one of many choices.

Evaporative Cooling.

An evaporative cooler is essentially a large fan with water-moistened pads in front of it. The fan draws warm outside air through the porous pads and blows the now-cooled air throughout the house.

Wall Hung Reverse Cycle Split System.

Split Systems are one of the most popular types of air conditioning systems in the world today. If you would like to have the flexibility to choose which room you would like to heat or cool at any given time, then a Split System air conditioner may be just the right option for you.

Ducted Reverse Cycle Split System.

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning is an ideal solution for whole of home or office heating and cooling. Consisting of an indoor and outdoor unit, the indoor unit is placed within the roof space and is connected to a series of vents within the house via ductwork. Warm or cool air is circulated to all rooms via this system and can be set up to operate in different zones, saving money on energy costs.

You can choose from a wide range of brands. We are not affiliated with any particular brand but we will advise you on a system that best suits your needs.

It’s important to use a professional to determine what size system you require. If you buy an air conditioner that is too small for the room it will not cool or heat adequately. If you buy one that is too large, the air conditioner will cool the room before it dehumidifies and this can leave you feeling clammy. We take into account what type of home you have, how many rooms need to be cooled, room size, ceiling height and existing insulation. From that we can recommend what type of system would be suitable.

Ducted Air Conditioning cools a complete home, with most components hidden in the ceiling cavity.
Wall mounted split sytems are more suited to cooling one (or a couple) of specific rooms in your home.

A Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner will provide cooling in summer and heating in winter. Cooling only Air Conditioners are available.

Inverter Air Conditioners are more economical to operate and much quieter than non inverter splits. They are smoother and more stable in operation, and can handle greater extremes in temperature. Inverter Air Conditioners can also reach the wanted temperature faster than non inverter splits.

EER stands for Energy-Efficiency Rating, which measures the Air Conditioner’s energy efficiency and energy consumption. The higher the EER the less energy the Air Conditioner will consume.

A zoning system is created to suit the many ways you use your home. Perhaps you want a different temperature than a family member or maybe you have areas that don’t need heating or cooling? With a zoned system you are able to divide your house into different areas, giving you the control and comfort you require. The advantages of zoning are: efficiency, control and comfort.

BreezeRite technicians take great care to minimise mess during the installation process, but if you have anything that you don’t want getting dusty simply place a sheet over it.
